Capture

Stay present with your client.

CruxChat records your conversation so you can focus on listening, reading body language, and building rapport — not looking down taking notes. Works with in-person meetings using your phone, tablet, or laptop. Also supports viritual meetings.

2

Process

Summary report in under two minutes.

In under two minutes, CruxChat transcribes your conversation and generates a role-specific report. Strategic insights for you. Task lists with deadlines and context for your paralegal. A plain-English recap with next steps for your client. All from a single conversation.

3

Verify You're in control

Every point traces to the source.

Every point in every report links to the specific transcript lines where it was discussed. Click any item to see the exact words spoken. Click again to hear the audio. Nothing is a black box. You verify accuracy before anything moves forward.

4

Customize

Your rules, your reports.

CruxChat gives you control over every dimension of your reports through plain language. No technical training/setup required. Define the writing style. Specify what content belongs in each report and what stays out. Set the format and structure. Provide context about the meeting objectives and client background so the AI knows what to prioritize and what's already known. Describe what you want the way you'd brief a sharp associate, and CruxChat follows your instructions.

5

CruxInsights

Read the room, then act.

CruxInsights analyzes the emotional dynamics of your conversation and generates specific, actionable recommendations. Anxiety about custody becomes "send the custody worksheet today." Hesitation about finances becomes "schedule a follow-up focused on asset disclosure." Internal-facing only — never visible to clients. Every insight traces to the transcript.

  • Identifies anxiety, concern, hesitation, excitement, and emotional shifts
  • Generates concrete follow-up recommendations tied to what was actually discussed
  • Flags relationship risk indicators that could erode trust if unaddressed
6

Share You're in control

Nothing leaves without your say-so.

Sharing is explicit and attorney-controlled. Nothing is distributed automatically. You decide what to share, with whom, and when. Share the paralegal report with your team. Send the client summary after you've reviewed it. Keep the attorney report to yourself. Every action is deliberate.

7

Save — Zero-Knowledge by Design

If you save, only you can read it.

By default, nothing is stored. Reports are delivered to your browser and all server data is wiped. If you choose to save — to enable CruxIntel, share with colleagues, or access across devices — you set a passphrase. All encryption happens on your device before data is transmitted. The passphrase never leaves your computer. CruxChat cannot decrypt your saved data — no backdoor, no admin override, no exceptions. That's zero-knowledge architecture: even we can't read your data. Audio, transcripts, and summaries can each be saved or deleted independently.
